BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid research peptide marketed for tissue repair, but it is not an approved drug, food, or dietary supplement and is sold gray-market. GHK-Cu is a tripeptide bound to a copper ion. It is involved in wound healing and signals fibroblasts to upregulate collagen and elastin production.

Matrixyl is the trade name for palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 (palmitoyl-KTTKS), a signal peptide designed to mimic a fragment of collagen. By imitating collagen breakdown products, it prompts skin fibroblasts to ramp up production of collagen and other matrix proteins. It is one of the most widely used anti-wrinkle peptides in cosmetic formulations.
